Acute complete ACL femoral rupture model of both two knee joints were created in all 27 rabbits.The ACL of one knee were repaired by remnant tension and augmented suture with semitendinosus tendon autografts (L group),and the contralateral one were subjected to anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR)with semiten-dinosus tendon autografts(R group),The group L presented enhanced tendon-bone healing,cellular proliferation and revascularization at 3th,6th,10th postoprative week compared to the group R;the average maximum load of the group R was better than that of the group L(P <0.05).%取27只健康成年雌性新西兰大白兔于近前交叉韧带股骨止点处完全离断建立双侧急性前交叉韧带完全损伤模型,随机选择一侧膝关节采用自体半腱肌腱增强缝合残端并牵张技术修复前交叉韧带(L 组),对侧行常规前交叉韧带重建(R 组)。结果显示:术后第3、6、10周,L 组移植物在组织学表现如腱骨界面愈合、细胞增殖、血管再生等方面上均优于 R 组;R 组骨-移植物-骨复合体(骨-移植物-残端复合体)的最大载负荷要稍强于 L 组(P <0.05)。
