The present invention relates to a distractor mandible intraoral on measurement of the type comprising two anchoring means (1, 2) fixed in the body of the mandible in a fixed anchoring points situated on either side of the osseous callus. Such a distractor is characterized in that it comprises: a) a threaded cylindrical rail (6) connecting the two anchoring means (1, 2), b) a movable carriage (10) is guided to slide on the rail (6) and fixed on the segment of the bone to draw aside, said movable carriage is equipped with an endless screw (11) whose thread is complementary to that of the rail and cooperates with the latter, c) a pin (12) fixed to the endless screw (11) and controlling the rotation of that - latter, said axis, parallel to the rail (6), being supported by two bearings (13, 14) arranged on the movable carriage (10), on either side of the endless screw, d) at least one elastic washer (15) which is traversed by said pin (12) and which comes to bear against one end (16) of the endless screw (11) and against the internal wall (18) of the bearing (14) which is opposite the end (16). Applicable to the reconstruction by distraction osteogenic of a segment of the bone that is missing or defective.
