浙江低碳农业的SWOT分析及宏观对策研究

摘要

In the present assay, the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats to develop low-carbon agriculture in Zhejiang Province were analyzed, and corresponding macroscopical countermeasures and suggestions were put for-ward from perspectives of politics, laws, incentives, investment, technology, demonstration, publicity and supervi-sion, to offer references to promote the development of efficient, sustainable and low-carbon agriculture in Zhejiang.%系统分析浙江发展低碳农业的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并从政策、法律、激励、投入、科技、示范、宣传、监督等角度,提出浙江发展低碳农业的宏观对策建议与保障措施,以期为推动浙江农业走上低碳、生态、高效、可持续发展道路提供参考.
