有机溶剂法提取辣椒素的工艺研究

         

摘要

Through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment, the extraction technology of capsaicin by organic solvent method was studied in this paper. The optimum technological conditions were determined as follows; extraction solvent was 70% etha-nol, ratio of raw material to extraction solvent was 1:15 (g/mL), extraction temperature was 60 ℃, and extraction time was 100 minutes. The extraction rate of capsaicin reached 0.359% based on the optimum extraction conditions.%通过单因素实验和正交试验,对有机溶剂法提取辣椒素的工艺进行了研究.确定了以下最佳工艺条件:以70%乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比1∶15(g/mL),浸提温度60℃,浸提时间100 min.在此最佳提取条件下,辣椒素得率达0.359%.
