罂粟科3种植物叶片生物碱抗氧化活性比较

     

摘要

For compare antioxidant activity of the total alkaloids from three plants leaves of Papaveraceae. In this study, the total alkaloids were extracted by immersing in 80% alcohol from the leaves of Macleaya cordata, Hypecoum erectun and Dicranostigma leptopodum, and purified by column chromatography on silica gel. The antioxidant activities of total alkaloids were tested with three parameters, such as the scavenging of hydroxyl radicals, superoxide anion and reducing power. The results showed that three types of the total alkaloids can eliminate hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion.The alkaloid had elimination effect of · OH and the IC50 of hypecoum erectu was 0. 170 g/L. When the concentration of total alkaloids was 1 g/L, the scavenging rate of O2- could reach to 92.09%. All of the total alkaloids possess stronger reducing power, but the effect is not as thiourea.%为比较罂粟科3种植物叶片中生物碱的抗氧化活性,采用体积分数为80%乙醇浸提博落回、角茴香和秃疮花3种植物叶片中的总生物碱,用常见生物碱显色反应检测,利用硅胶柱层析纯化,并且用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定其超氧阴离子的清除效果,番红花红O-Mn2+-H2O2光度法测定其对羟基自由基的清除效果,总生物碱的还原性.结果表明,3种总生物碱对这两种自由基有较好的抗氧化活性,角茴香对羟基自由基的清除作用较强,IC50为0.170 g/L.当质量浓度为1 g/L时,秃疮花对超氧阴离子的清除率92.09%,3种植物的总生物碱都有还原性,但效果都不如硫脲.
