共轭视角下大学学术权力与行政权力的价值分析

摘要

当前，关于学术权力与行政权力的探讨成为共识性的时代问题，也是大学发展的重大主题。但是目前对这一问题的规范性论证相对匮乏：大多数学者的目标依然是区分差异和对立，而忽视两种权力的对话空间。通过对学术权力与行政权力价值的解读，以及对现实的回应，我们尝试以更为开放的视界来完善相关论证，注重对话交流，从而开显高等教育权力理论更为广阔的思想图景。%At present,the discussion of academic power and administer power has become a hot topic of the age and of universi-ty development.However,currently normative argument on the issue is insufficient;the goal of most scholars in this research is still to distinguish the difference and opposition,while ignoring dialogue space between the two rights.In this paper we attempt to improve the study from an open perspective by interpreting the value of academic power and administrative power,responding to the reality and emphasizing the dialogue and exchanges,so as to broaden the prospect of higher education power theory.
