欧洲孔子学院与汉语言文化的国际推广

摘要

With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and its international influence,remarkable achievements have been made in the speed and scale of Chinese teaching internationalization.By now,Confucius institutes have become an impor-tant platform for Chinese teaching in Europe,and play an important role in Chinese language and culture transmission and intercultural communication and mutual reference.The Confucius institute,dominated by Chinese-foreign joint ventures,has been one of the main language popularization institutions overseas with a good momentum of development in the initial stage.However,there are still some technical and institutional problems during their development,like lack of distinctive feature compared with the existent Chinese teach-ing institutions in European universities,the bottleneck of teaching faculty shortage and low quality,and the issue of how to construct long-term intercollegiate strategic cooperation beyond language teaching with high-level universities in Europe and America.Solu-tions of these problems depend on the summary and reflection of the previous teaching experience and constructing a network layout of Confucius institute step by step from a comprehensive angle.%随着中国综合国力的增强和国际影响力的提高，汉语教学的国际化规模和速度取得显著成效。孔子学院已经成为欧洲汉语教学的重要平台，并在传播中国语言和文化、促进中欧文化交流与文明互鉴方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。孔子学院在欧洲的办学模式以中外合资办学为主，并在创办伊始就以较好的发展势头成为海外推广语言教学的主要机构之一。欧洲孔子学院在发展过程中还存在着一些技术性和制度性的问题，如与欧洲大学已经存在着的汉语教学机构相比，孔子学院如何体现自身特色的问题；汉语教学师资短缺和素质不高已经成为欧洲孔子学院发展的现实瓶颈；孔子学院如何与欧美高水平大学构建语言教学之外的长期校际战略合作的问题等。这些问题的解决有赖于对欧洲孔子学院汉语教学经验的总结反思，并从欧洲汉语教学体系构建的综合角度出发，循序渐进地推进孔子学院在欧洲汉语言教学领域的网络化布局。
