'双轨制'高考制度改革的使命、困境与出路

"双轨制"高考制度改革是新时期优化我国教育结构、解决人才培养困境的重要战略举措,也是新形势下我国高考制度改革的重要内容.然而分析当前我国教育及高考制度改革现状,"双轨制"高考制度的实施仍然面临着诸多困境及难题.需要我们对新时期"双轨制"高考制度改革的使命、困境有更加深刻和清醒的认知,并从教育体制机制、社会支持系统等多层面做好顶层设计和实施规划.%The two-track college entrance examination is an important strategic measure to optimize the educational structure and solve the difficult problems of talent cultivation of our country in the new period, as well as a vital part of the reform of college entrance examination system under the new situation.However, analysis of the current situation of China's education and college entrance examination system reform shows that the two-track system still faces many troubles in its operation.We need to have a more profound and clear understanding of the mission and difficulties of the reform, and do well in the top-level design and planning from aspects of education system and social support system.
