高校思想政治理论课建设的区域差异与协同发展——以京津冀高校为例

     

摘要

Based on the survey about the construction of ideological and political theory courses of the institutions of higher learning in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,combined with relevant research results,this paper analyzes the regional differences of i-deological and political theory courses between colleges and universities in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the construction of teaching and research institutions,funds management,construction of teachers,selection of teaching materials,and teaching e-valuation. The regional difference is the practical basis for actively promoting the cooperative development of them. Based on this reality,it puts forward some basic principles and corresponding measures and recommendations to promote the cooperative devel-opment of ideological and political theory courses in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei's institutions of higher learning.%基于京津冀高校思想政治理论课建设情况的调查数据,结合相关研究成果,分析论证了北京市、天津市与河北省在思想政治理论课教学研究机构建设、经费管理、师资建设、教材选用、教学效果评价等方面的区域差异.京津冀高校思想政治理论课建设的区域差异是积极推进京津冀高校思政课协同发展的现实基础.在此现实基础上,针对京津冀高校思想政治理论课协同发展的现实需要,提出应该遵循的基本原则和相应的措施建议.
