交际翻译原则在转化医学会议口译中的应用

摘要

转化医学作为近十年来我国医学界出现的重点研究方向，旨在加快基础医学向临床治疗的转化，促进卫生事业发展。近年来，越来越多转化医学会议在我国召开，医学口译市场需求极大，但医学口译研究较少，鲜有学者结合转化医学会议发言特点提出针对性的口译策略。　　本文作者对一场转化医学会议进行模拟交替传译，并就会议发言材料和口译录音进行转写分析，旨在探讨口译过程中的难点及解决方法。作者发现，转化医学会议旨在展示临床实践取得的重大进展，为国内外医生及学者提供交流平台，发言材料多为信息型文本，注重听众的理解与反应。因此，作者回顾医学口译和会议口译特点，结合纽马克提出的交际翻译原则，探讨了转化医学会议口译中常用的四种口译技巧，即增译、阐释、减译和摘译，以期为听众排除交际上的困难与障碍。实践证明，交际翻译原则不仅为从事医学口译的译员提供了新的视角，还有助于提高口译质量。
