摘要

该研究旨在对138位山区初中学生词汇学习策略运用现状及其有效性进行调研,揭示初中学生的词汇学习策略运用的广度和频度、学习策略运用与学业成就的相关性及高效学习者与低效学习者词汇学习策略运用差异.该研究首先从词汇习得研究发展历程、词汇习得内容、词汇习得过程等理论阐述中构建该研究理论的框架.然后,在回顾二语学习策略,词汇学习策略研究的基础上阐述该研究的必要性.该研究主要采用两个量化工具:一、参考顾永琦(1996)与Schmitt(1997)词汇学习策略量表,并结合Brown & Payne(1994)提出的词汇学习5步骤模型,为初中学生量身设计一份经过验证高效度的初中学生词汇学习策略调查的问卷;二、学业成就的量化工具采用永嘉具2002年6月初中期末英语统一考试成绩.
