初中英语新手教师在专业学习共同体中成长的个案研究

摘要

本论文以初中英语新手教师如何在专业学习共同体中成长为研究重点，包括新手教师的自我认知、正面的学校环境的正能量支持、新老教师分享交流共同成长等内容，探索新手英语教师的教学能力如何在专业学习共同体中得以成长。作者以本校三名新手英语教师作为研究对象，通过问卷、观察、访谈以及新手教师的自我反思等研究方法，进行为期一年的调查研究，旨在回答以下三个问题:
　　1.初中新手英语教师焦虑和期盼及其原因是什么？
　　2.初中英语新手教师如何实现身份转型、知识转化能力、理论转化实践、处理师生关系、融入学校文化？
　　3.英语新手教师如何在给力的学校和领导以及经验教师帮助下得以发展？
　　通过对问卷、观察、访谈以及新手教师的自我反思的信息收集和分析，本研究得出以下几个结论:
　　1.初中英语新手教师意识到对专业学习共同体的需求;
　　2.初中英语新手教师的个人反思促进理论向实践、知识向能力的转化;
　　3.初中英语新手教师需要经验教师的传帮带;
　　4.新手教师需要和经验教师互利共建谋发展;
　　5.初中英语新手教师需要学校环境支持;
　　研究发现，新手教师成长的环境非常关键，如领导个性、单位文化、人际互相尊重的氛围等是新手教师成长的重要保障。所研究的三名初中英语新手教师在和谐的学校文化氛围里获得不同方面的发展:或与学生相处过程中实现从零到零的突破，或通过学习、反思等方式内心世界不断内化实践知识从而获得专业成长，或自身通过参赛展示课等方式在展示课堂中外化自己已有的专业成长。在初中英语新手教师的专业成长除了自身的身份认同和学科知识外，专业学习共同体的专家引领、同行间的教学故事分享、相互观课议课起着非常重要的促进作用。
