梅特哈拉100MW光伏投标文件翻译实践报告

摘要

在全球经济一体化的发展影响下，伴随着中国经济的发展，越来越多的中国电力设施企业开始参与国际工程招标，在此背景下，我们受托承担了《梅特哈拉100MW光伏项目投标文件》的翻译任务。本翻译报告基于该翻译项目，主要基于奈达先生所提出的功能对等理论，对翻译中所遇到的问题进行了详细分析和讨论，探究了其中的翻译策略和手段，演绎出了以下结论:第一，为了准确理解原文并能做到有效翻译，译前应该做好适当准备（含背景材料，平行文本和翻译工具等）;第二，译者对翻译应该采取严肃负责任的态度;第三，翻译投标文本，计算机辅助工具有用，但我们不能对它们过度依赖;第四，奈达所提出的功能对等理论能够在策略或手段选择方面指导投标类文本的翻译;第五，为确保译文的功能对等和有效性，策略的使用或功能的选择应具有灵活性。
　　除介绍和结论两部分之外，本报告由四章组成，第一章是翻译项目介绍。主要介绍了翻译项目的背景、参与者以及项目的意义。第二章是翻译过程描述，主要包括译前准备和译中问题梳理。第三章着重分析了投标文本翻译中遇到的问题，提出了相应的应对策略和手段。第四章是反思。在此章中总结了此次翻译中获得的经验和存在的不足，同时，为今后的研究提出了建议。
