PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print an optional document without preparing plural kinds of documents in advance.SOLUTION: A bid document output system comprises: a contract management system 15 for managing various businesses in a bid business; a business database 16 for storing various kinds of pieces of bid data managed by the contract management system 15; a document template database 11 for storing document template data 10 including item names and description conditions of plural documents related to the bid business, and a sort order; and a PC 12 for charge for instructing an output of the designated form of document on the basis of the document template data 10, and a document in which pieces of data are distinguished with a line feed code of a hierarchy 1 data sheet and a blank line of a hierarchy 2 data sheet included in the bid data as break points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
