顺应论指导下习主席外交演讲词的英译

摘要

随着世界的全球化和中国的发展，中国与世界交流越来越密切，国家领导人的演讲也越来越频繁。外交演讲在其中起着举足轻重的作用，其体裁正式，语言规范严谨富含丰富文化信息和社会背景。此类文本一般都是经过国家专业团队的翻译，他们一般都具有扎实的专业知识，也掌握了相关的翻译理论来指导实践，有较高的研究价值。自习主席上任以来，外事访问更加频繁，外交演讲越来越凸显出其不可忽视的作用。习主席通过外交演讲向国内外阐释中国的外交态度和外交立场，向世界展现了中国良好的国家形象也体现出自身独一无二的领导人风范。其演讲在国际上受到较高的评价并产生了深刻的国际影响。习主席的演讲有很多自身的特点使其区别于其他领导人演讲。比如:善于用讲故事的方法去解释一个深刻地理论，善于引经据典，富含深厚的中国文化等。
　　在翻译理论指导下对习主席演讲进行的研究也在不断的更新，顺应论的提出，更是为外交演讲词翻译的研究注入了新活力。笔者以习主席2015-2016年的外交演讲词为研究对象，应用顺应论四个维度的相关理论分析了习主席的外交演讲词。在分析的基础上，笔者结合顺应论得出了习主席外交演讲词翻译的四个总原则:顺应语境关联成分、顺应结构，顺应的动态性，顺应过程中的意识凸显。将总原则和习主席外交演讲词的具体特点相结合，详细分析了习主席外交演讲词翻译的具体策略，即富含深厚文化内涵的词语采用意译或者直译，汉语中重复的词语采用省译，中英结构不同的句子语篇等英译时采用加主语被动语态加连接词等策略，领导人提出的政治词汇采用直译等。以求指导自己以后的翻译实践，对翻译工作者有所帮助。
