话语基调与译员的角色定位

摘要

话语基调是系统功能语言学的研究领域。在近些年，结合话语基调理论的研究日益增多，这一理论正逐渐被应用于特定的语类中。本文从语言学的角度出发，以话语基调理论为依据，对交替传译中译员的角色进行定位，试图填补该理论在口译运用中的空白。 本文共由五个章节组成： 第一章是引言，介绍了研究的背景、目标、意义及论文的各章节。 第二章分别介绍了格里高利、韩礼德、马丁及中国语言学家张德禄对话语基调的研究工作，概述了这一理论的发展历程。 第三章简要介绍口译及特点，及口译译员的角色。 第四章是本论文最重要的章节，笔者将“话语基调”理论应用到实际口译环境中，对如何利用话语基调三要素定位译员的角色展开了具体分析。 第五章是口译技巧。通过分析，笔者发现从话语基调角度来定位译员的角色，然后译员可据此采取相应的口译技巧，从而为顺利完成口译任务提供保障。 第六章是本文的结语。总结了本文的几处发现、局限性及今后此领域的发展方向。
