初中英语分层教学中微课教学模式的研究——以南宁市第十四中学为例

摘要

随着数码产品和无线网络的持续发展和普及，人们迈进了一个日益依赖信息技术和通信技术的新时代，他们的学习方式也在发生着剧变。初中生正处于求知若渴、情感丰富的时期他们往往因学习能力、学习兴趣和学习渠道等因素出现学习程度的分层。我国的初中英语教学也在紧跟着因材施教，优化资源的趋势变革，而分层教学恰好是顺应时代需求的热点教学方式。若是结合主题鲜明、内容丰富、生动有趣的微课，其将变得更有针对性和趣味性同时更体现出师生根据个体情况个性化学习的功能。然而，目前的分层教学研究更多的还停留在传统教学资源的讨论范围，国内教育对于微课的研究是近年才引起人们关注。因此，目前对于将微课应用在初中英语分层教学的研究是十分缺乏的，却又是一线英语教师所亟需了解的。
　　本文用布卢姆的“掌握学习”理论结合中国的差异教学思想论证了初中英语分层教学的必要性，再从建构主义、自主学习理论探讨了微课的高效性，运用文献分析法对微课和分层教学的概念及目前的应用情况进行综述，论证了微课在初中英语分层教学的可行性和有效性;继而以南宁市第十四中学为例，调查和分析初中生受微课英语分层教学之后英语学习效果的差异、教师和学生对分层教学中微课的认识与微课在初中英语分层教学中的应用情况;最后，笔者肯定了该模式的可行性和积极性，并就对不同层次学生的评价、微课的设计把控、教师的专业培训和学校管理等方面提出了一些建设性意见。
