摘要

本翻译报告取材自《帝国娱乐集团不公平竞争上诉案》，对英文法律文本中名物化进行分析研究。译者在翻译实践中发现，原文中含有大量名物化，而名物化压缩信息，逻辑严谨，造成句子难以理解。译者认为翻译好这些名物化，将有助于翻译整篇文本，因此如何将名物化更好地翻译成汉语，对本翻译报告意义重大。 译者首先将奈达的“功能对等”理论作为本次翻译实践指导；接着，译者对源文本中出现的名物化进行分类；其次，讨论在奈达功能对等理论下，翻译源文本中各种名物化所采用的翻译方法，例如直译法、转换法和意译法；最后，译者总结了本次翻译实践中的经验教训。 简而言之，本文旨在探究英语立法文本中名物化翻译，希望能有助于进一步了解名物化及有益于英语立法文本的翻译，亦希望本文能提供一定的理论和实践借鉴。
