Organizational learning in the Process of Knowledge Sharing to Organizational innovation

摘要

To explore the relationships among knowledge sharing, organizational learning and organizational innovation,Chinese enterprises participated in this investigation. We found that knowledge sharing influenced organizational learning while organizational learning influenced organizational innovation positively, but knowledge sharing didn’t have a direct influence on core competence. As anticipated, the intervening effect of organizational learning between knowledge sharing and organizational innovation was significant. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.
