Actual trend of the modern world is the increase of attention to the directions of modern economy's development, that includs the following: competitiveness, innovation, labor productivity, knowledge economy and digital economy. In this regard, the role of human resources increases and there is a need to constantly improve the level of personal and professional competitiveness of specialists. At the same time, a higher education establishment, as the main institution that forms the competences of students, should prepare graduates not only for their future work activities, but also to carry out activities that will accelerate the process of professional adaptation in the future.
