This research assesses factors leading to satisfactionrnand productivity in team collaboration. A longitudinalrndesign is used in analyzing predictive relationshipsrnbetween team communication, social process factorsrn(group feedback and interpersonal trust), and productivityrnand satisfaction. Virtual and face-to-face teams pursuingrnvarying tasks and goals are paired to provide informationrnand collaborative support. Data collection continues.
