Our team has had the chance to work with engineering students, guiding them through the process of using the skills learned at school, to design small size liquid rocket engines. This is the story of a volunteer based program dedicated to help engineering students to exceed on their profession. It describes how it all started and developed over the years, the challenges faced and the solutions found to keep the organization alive and achieving its objectives. While interacting with those young engineers to be, we learned how motivated they were to apply the recently acquiredknowledgeand surprised by the extra efforts they made to accomplish the tasks assigned to them.
