摘要:Mango cultivation is an important industry in tropical and sub-tropical area of China. Anthracnose,mostly caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, is one of major disease of mango. It is still a challenge to develop more effective and more secure control methods for this disease, although much effort has been made for many years. It is believed that well-understanding of nature of interaction between microbe pathogen and plant hosts will be helpful to develop new method to control plant disease. On penetration into plant hosts, fungal pathogen will be expose to an exotic environment that is created by host or/and the pathogen.
摘要:从广东省采集的绿巨人褐腐病病株分离筛选到2株具有生防活性的真菌菌株LV-12和Zh-20,依据形态特征并结合ITS序列同源性分析将其鉴定为苞叶芋柱帚霉(Cylindrocladium spathiphylli Schoulties et al.).平板对峙培养显示:LV-12和Zh-20对香蕉炭疽菌、立枯丝核菌和群结腐霉等重要病原真菌具有明显的拮抗作用,抑菌率分别为46.5%~53.9%和42.2%~48.7%.
