摘要

Low aqueous solubility is one of the features in recently developed /approved drugs and pharmaceuticals. Most of the time, the delivery system alone is not capable of solublizing the required dose and some additives like co-solvent and salts are added to the formulation. Poloxamer gels, due to their low toxicity and Thermo- Reversible characterisitics have extensively been studied for drug delivery. In this study the effect of some of the additives, which may be used to formulate hydrophobic drugs, on the micellization and gelation properties of Poloxamer solution have been investigated.
