摘要

The article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological of social-labor relations system transformation. The author suggests organizing the transformation of the social-labor relations system on the base of the system axiological approach that allows actualizing the analysis and modeling of the transformation processes of the social-labor relations system, point out the bifurcation moment of social-labor relations system. Such transformation peculiarities and parameters as institutional space, labor processes, human resources and interaction process have been considered.
