PURPOSE: A successful labor-management relation maintenance method is provided to solve dissatisfaction matters of a labor union or the problem of work environment through an in-company homepage, thereby solving difficulties of workers.;CONSTITUTION: An in-company homepage of a company is generated. The company establishes a staff dissatisfaction room in the in-company homepage.
