Humanin(HN)is important neuroprotective peptide which could effectively suppress neuronal cell death caused by a wide spectrum of familial Alzheimer's disease(AD).Several derivatives of HN show much higher biological activity,for example [G-14]-HN,where sequence at the position 14 is replaced by glycin.In this work,capillary electropherotic behavior of [G-14]-HN and several other derivatives was studied.Various background electrolytes and different additives were examined using fused silica.Interaction between protonated peptides and several anions was studied.
