摘要

In this paper we present a new simple analytical model that allows us to estimate the channel throughput and mean delay for the Multibus II message passing mechanism. Details that cannot be modeled with this approach are studied using simulation. Simulation is also used as a validation of the analysis. Finally, results from this study are used to optimize a Multiple 1 Robot System.
