摘要

The purpose of this study is to explore the difference between the open data analysis approach and the traditional approach to site selection and the former's impact on the latter, thereby providing some insights for remedial education institutions in the development of their business strategies, based on which they can set their business directions and make plans. The results from the use of the open data based analysis tool for site selection reveal the following: The areas with extremely small outliers are areas with gaps in consumer passion, i.e. unsaturated market sites; The areas with extremely large outliers are central areas with high degrees of consumer passion, i.e. sites for refined business strategies; and Markets with development potential all fall in areas with large populations or bustling areas.
