In order to achieve the strategy development targets, the university needs to seek innovation unceasingly in the human resources management system. Based on the analysis of the concrete characteristic and the management present situation in university human resource, this article proposed part of innovation suggestion on various functions management contents of human resources management system in universities. It has the vital practical significance for the university to meet the time need and realize the leap development.
