REFLECTIONS ON THE REFORM OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION IN MILITARY ACADEMY

The education of the academy is a key factor to decide the military modernization and the success or failure of the war in the future. Postgraduate education in personnel training of the highest level, that is an important way to cultivate backbone and top-notch personnel. Through the analysis of the characteristics and development of military postgraduate education, this paper discusses the reform of postgraduate education and the improvement of postgraduate education quality.
