Role of human-based management in student

摘要

Student management is one of the most important parts in school's daily work. A successful and effective student management will promote educational development and enhance students' overall quality. In this paper, on a basis of China's real education situation, it analyzes current problems and limitations of student management, conducts an intensive study on the role of human-based management in student management, and tries to find a way in which human-based management will be applied to student management, further promoting the developing process of modern student management.
