摘要

Studying of the nature of hereditary predisposition to development of diseases significantly promoted in connection with successes of genetics, biochemistry, immunology and molecular biology. Biochemical, immunological and other signs (susceptibility / stability biomarkers) allow to reveal molecular bases, mechanisms and a causal relationship between operating with production factor and arising pathological changes. Susceptibility biomarkers at their identification can form the basis for allocation of their population as a whole the groups of persons, possessing hypersensibility to influence of factors of the chemical nature. However connected with chemical loadings with use of modem molecular and genetic methods so far it isn't enough works on studying of diseases. Studying of genetic markers for forecasting of risk of development of ecologically caused diseases that will allow to prove criteria is perspective and to define a role of genetic factors in their development (1,2).
