The purpose of this study was to describe and explain the strategies for improving creative ability under the context of globalization in higher education. The 21st century is a global century. The implications of globalization spread all over the world; not only economical and political, but also educational, social and so on, the whole world is now in the same boat. In addition, because we suffer from lacking natural sources and hereafter pay more attention to the concept of protecting the earth, we need to create new ways and products like electric vehicle to solve this situation. To build the strategy for improving creative ability under the context of globalization is the most important one in dealing with these problems, it should start with education; especially, higher education. In the process of finding their place in university environments, teachers should build and develop their professional development to catch up with the world. A globalization lens provides a powerful conceptual tool to disentangle the highly competitive and changeable conditions of students. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss and analyze the strategies of improving creative ability in higher education. This research mainly explores the strategies for improving creative ability under the context of globalization in higher education in a university, especially for globalization, creative professional development and global perspective.
