摘要

A series of novel schiff bases bearing acetylferrocenyl and 2- amino-5-substituted -1,3,4-thiadiazole were synthesized and the structure of them were confirmed by IR, 'H NMR and elementary analysis.The title compounds were evaluated for antibacterial activity against gram positive(Staphylococcus aureus),gram negative bacteria(Escherichia coli), fungi(Yeast) and bacteria(Actinomycete). The results of antibacterial activity test showed that all compounds possess potent antibacterial activity,especially the compound 3e.
