To protect the environment in China, the ecological rule of law should be built with three parts. First of all, ecological notion shall be taken as the foundation. Secondly, the ecological rule of law should be a complete one including ecological legal system, ecological bill for amendment and ecological procedural rule. Finally, other social protection measures, such as economic, political and management measures shall be taken. If we do these, this set of systematic ecological rule of law can promote the realization of ecological culture and give an example for others.
