PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slope frame traveling type construction facility capable of elevating, lowering, and moving laterally efficiently in construction, slope frame traveling type hole digging facility capable of digging an anchor hole in a crossing part of slope frames easily at low cost, and a hole digging method for the slope frame crossing part for increasing efficiency of hole digging work.;SOLUTION: This slope frame traveling type construction facility is provided with a rail 3 for elevation and lowering arranged in a slope frame constructed on a slope and composed of two parallel rails, a rail 4 for lateral travel attached onto the rail 3 for elevation and lowering detachably and composed of two parallel rails, and a slope frame traveling type loading frame movable on the rails 3 and 4 to load an object to be loaded. This facility can select a first mode in which the slope frame traveling type loading frame elevates, lowers, and moves on the rail 3 while the rail 4 is removed from the rail 3 and a second mode in which the loading frame 1 moves laterally on the rail 4 while the rail 4 is attached onto the rail 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
