The Embedded Quality Control System of Product Manufacturing Process

摘要

In this paper, the embedded quality control system of product manufacturing process is established to provide sophisticated aids between the modern production and SPC quality management methods. Using a variety of data interface of embedded system, the system adopts automatic or semi-automatic way to collect data to ensure the data accuracy, a recognition algorithm of control chart is contrived by using neural network to achieve the early warning of quality problems and to hint the cause of failure, so that the embedded SPC systems can provide timely and accurate decision-making information for the on-site management personnel.
