基于NI Single-Board RIO的嵌入式烟支质量控制系统

         

摘要

In order to improve the extensibility, real-time control and stability of cigarette weight controlrnsystem in cigarette maker, an embedded real-time cigarette weight control system was designed based on NIrnSingle-Board RIO, which integrated embedded real-time processor, FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array),rnanalog and digital I/O on one single board. By flexibly configuring I/O via FPGA and adopting NI RIO driverrnprogram and Lab VIEW graphic programming language, the system effectively reduced development cost andrnfulfilled the requirements of real-time cigarette weight control. Using fuzzy PID algorithm for cigarette averagernweight control,the system performed online self-tuning of PID parameters, featured good dynamic response andrncontrol precision. The application results showed that the standard deviation of cigarette weight decreased fromrn25.5 to 21.7 mg, and the system ran stably and reliably.%为解决现有卷接机组烟支质量控制系统在可扩展性、实时性、稳定性等方面存在的问题,设计了基于NI Single-Board RIO的嵌入式实时烟支质量控制系统.该系统将嵌入式实时处理器、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)、模拟与数字I/O集成在一块板卡上,通过FPGA灵活配置I/O,利用NI RIO驱动程序和LabVIEW图形化编程语言有效降低了开发成本,满足了烟支质量控制的实时性要求;采用模糊PID算法作为烟支平均质量控制算法,可在线自整定PID参数,动态响应性能和控制精度良好.应用效果表明,改进后系统运行稳定可靠,烟支质量标准偏差由原来的25.5 mg降低为21.7 mg,达到了稳定控制烟支质量的目的.
