摘要

As a bridge between employees and organization, organization commitment (OC) exerts great influence on the working attitude and performance of employees. In order to exploring the relationships between OC and job performance, this paper designs the questionnaires and uses SPSS software to carry on statistical analysis, the result shows that there is significant correlation between organization commitment and job performance.
