Research on Professional Construction of the Grass-roots Managers in Universities and Col-leges in Jiangxi Province

摘要

The grass-roots managers, being engaged in leadership management, decision-making, information dissemination, research, co-ordination and consulting services, played an irre-placeable role in the development of university and college. Based on their work, the college can run smoothly and continuously improve the quality of education. However, the grass-roots managers' career development and professional building have not been given enough attention in personnel management of college and universities in Jiangxi Province, which contributes to the gaps comparing with the rapid development of the college and the college management with higher education in developed countries and regions. This paper put a little forward professional building of grassroots managers in university and college in Jiangxi Province on the basis of the experience of the professional building in the developed countries and other provincial university and college.
