摘要

The Physical Self-Description Questionnaire (PSDQ) and the Mental Health Test (MHT) were used to research the effects of Chinese traditional exercise on the self-concept of the middle school's students and its relation with mental health by the method of experiment and comparison. The result Indicated that the participation of Chinese traditional exercise could improve the self-concept of the students and was helpful to the development of mental health.
