This paper discusses the teaching methods for human resource management course. First it analyzes the unique trait of management knowledge and put forward three teaching tasks of this course: knowledge delivering, skills developing, and people, enterprises and society understanding; then discusses the teaching methods and contends that for knowledge delivering, lecture and case illustration are suitable methods, for skills developing, case study is the promising way, and case study and case illustration plus lecture can help fulfill the third task.
