After expanding enrolment, higher medical institutions to ensure sustainable development foster a compre hensive quality outlook, total quality concept and the overall development concept and they are thinking about how to handle the "size, quality, structure, efficiency," the coordinated development of the relationship. And how to ensure a steady improvement of higher education quality medical education has become a prominent issue, education quality undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities are ordinary eternal theme. Currently, I calibration faced in 2006 the second "National Review" now in school health clinical teaching quality compared with that in 1997 the first "National Review" in the number of students, or in clinical theory and students clinical technical operations, work capacity are differences, we establish this study in order to solve problems of clinical teaching quality problems.
