This paper describes the use of results monitored minute by minute during initial and post firing for the purpose of enabling development and manufacturing of precise LTCC resistors. The difference in the behavior during firing of low-ohmic and higher-ohmic resistors is reported. The results will show different types of resistor behavior in the case of firing on alumina and LTCC substrate.
