MicroRNA is a small non-coding regulation RNA in eukaryotes found in recent years. Its mechanism is mainly regulation of gene expression after transcription. A number of recent studies found that different miRNAs have different expression levels in ischemia-reperfusion of various tissues. Inflammatory reaction is one of the important factors of mediating ischemia-reperfusion injury, which indicates miRNA plays an important role in ischemia-reperfusion process.
