Recently, PWC (Personal Water Craft) is remarkably improved in performance. Therefore, it is hoped that the development of a molding method for PWC hull, which is possible to mold a high reinforcement content material. But new capital investment and expensive materials cannot be used. Then, authors are advancing the development of the heating vacuum hag molding method for FRTP. In this report, the high temperature characteristics and the vacuum characteristics of the rubber bag were examined. Moreover, the molding test of FRTP by the heating vacuum bag molding method was done, and the effectiveness was investigated.
