摘要

Although an electronic circuit board utilized car electronics and control system, their durability and reliability under vibration environment are investigated very few. In this paper, we show how to fabricate multi functional composites in which shape memory alloy (SMA) fiber are embedded into GFRP circuit board (SMA/GFRP). We examine that the change of stiffness of SMA/GFRP circuit board due to the phase transition of SMA fiber, then, the vibration suppression with vibration-loaded SMA/GFRP circuit board is demonstrated by heating/cooling the embedded SMA fiber.
