(808) SATISFACTION OF IT STUDENTS IN NUMERICAL METHODS LEARNING USING EDUCATIONAL APPLICATION - RESEARCH RESULTS

摘要

The main goal of this paper is to check if the educational application actually supports learning and improves the teaching process. The article presents quantitative indicators comparing the effectiveness of learning and students’ satisfaction with their achievements in the difficult area of numerical methods. The research was conducted on a randomly selected group of second year Computer Science students. The results have also been developed using a survey in which students judged the effectiveness of their learning using the educational application in comparison to most common, traditional teaching methods.
