This paper shows the conclusion from a review study about the digital needs for learning of elderlypeople. In developed countries a process of people ageing is developing. A feature of this ageingpeople process is not only that people are living longer, but also that physical and mental healthinessare optimal, their quality of life is high, as is their economic capacity to access to goods and services.This reality is changing the development of societies structure and their identity. Specifically, theextension of productive activity by people is happening as well as an extension of leisure culture.Literature consulted highlights the productive life extension needs to be supported by a learningprocess throughout the whole lifespan. Also, leisure culture needs people to develop digital skills inorder to gain access to new media entertainments. Further, an able knowlege about what these goodsand services are needs to be available.The different papers and documents reviewed have been analyzed into a discussion group. The mainconclusions are:- The learning content must be defined from the specific learning needs of elderly people.- The hardware and sets must be adapted to the perceptive abilities of elderly people.- Software must be easy for them to use and efficient.Finally, it is necessary to develop a theoretical framework in order to get enough support to designteaching activities. This framework must guide the performance of teaching actions as well as a guidefor the programs evaluations.
